Shakti Krahe-Wolf: Midlife Mayhem

“Wild woman are an unexplainable spark of life. They ooze freedom and seek awareness, they belong to nobody but themselves yet give a piece of who they are to everyone they meet. If you have met one, hold on to her, she'll allow you into her chaos but she'll also show you her magic.” ― Nikki Rowe

My name is Gabriella.  I’m a healer and a hustler for recovery of all types.  The truth of my life is what saved me from making your life miserable.

I’m known as Shakti, I heal and I help others to heal.  It’s magic, love and the truth of the body that heals, listen and move, believe in the magic within, and life opens to the greatest of possibilities.

I am going to be 50 in a year.  I never thought I would live to be 50.

I am a yoga teacher, I teach others how to heal from trauma and I work to heal others from their broken hearts and misplaced spirits.

I design social media and write, to save my life and to help others not mess their life up as badly as I did mine.

I am employed by day in higher education, but that is a story for later.

I  enjoy the sharing of green tea and meaningful conversations.

I am in introvert who on occasion will pretend to be an extrovert in order to just enjoy some time in the world.

I am in recovery from alcohol, food, money, and life.  I’ve lived a circus of a life, with much life in a small amount of time.  I am a dog and cat mom (all rescues and all weird, like me.) I am in the process of documenting in image and word the journey one woman makes in midlife, menopause and magic. It all creates mayhem.
